THÜROS Gastro tray 1/2
The gastro tray can be used as a accessory for the THÜROS minicater® by placing it in the cooking chamber. Like this, the heat from the charcoal tray that radiates down can be used to keep grill goods inside the GN tray warm.
Furthermore, it is a useful accessory to prepare food, f.e. meat pieces or vegetables can be marinated or seasoned in it. As it is made of stainless steel, it can be cleaned easily in a commercial dishwasher after use.
