The THÜROS Baikal is designed for the preparation of classic shish kebabs and other skewer variations. Classic grilling is possible on the also supplied grill grate.
THÜROS Baikal Direkt Plus

For: direct barbecuing and skewer barbecuing
Equipped with 6 shish kebab skewers and a grill support, it can be used for "normal" grilling as well as for preparing shish kebabs.
The attachment plate protects against wind and flying sparks. The skewers run in provided areas in the clip-on tray.
THÜROS® Baikal - the shish kebab barbecue made of high-qualitiy stainless steel
The THÜROS® Baikal shish kebab barbecue has a grill body made of high-quality anti-magnetic stainless steel (V2A/1.4301). With this barbecue, you can grill food directly on the grill rack as well as prepare delicious shish kebab skewers.
The standard equipment of the THÜROS® Baikal includes six 50 cm stainless steel shashlik skewers and a 28 x 30 cm grate made of high-quality anti-magnetic stainless steel (V2A/1.4301), which is electropolished and therefore food-safe and easy to clean.
