THÜROS Baikal - The stainless steel shish kebab barbecue
The THÜROS Baikal is designed for the preparation of classic shish kebabs and other skewer variations. Classic barbecuing is possible on the also supplied grill grate. This grill has an adjustable air supply by means of ventilation slides, and thus all the advantages of a chimney flue barbecue such as quick heating, temperature control, etc. The barbecuing surface is 30 x 60 cm.
THÜROS provides a 25-year warranty on all stainless steel components.
Due to the special design and sophisticated air supply, the heat distribution is particularly even and easy to control right from the start. With its compact dimensions and balanced handling, this BBQ station is ideal for balcony, terrace and garden. For perfect barbecuing experiences for up to eight people.
THÜROS B2 Stainless Steel Shish Kebab Grill – cooking area 30 x 50 cm
The THÜROS B2 has an adjustable air supply to ensure a quick heating up, regulation of the temperature as well as economic consumption of charcoal like a flue barbecue.
After cooling down, the THÜROS B2 can be carried using the two black synthetic handles on either side of the grill. The THÜROS shashlik grill and shashlik grilling itself grow more and more in popularity. Up to 9 skewers can be used simultaneously on our B2.
THÜROS B2 stainless steel attachments and accessories
You can expand the THÜROS B2 with additional shashlik skewers (S3060E / S600E) to fill out the whole cooking area with up to 9 skewers.
All our shish kebab skewers have a 360° twist on one end. The twist ensures an easy turning of the skewer without the need to lift it up when they are placed in the designated slots.

You can expand the THÜROS Baikal with our wide range of accessories to your liking. With an optional second cooking grate the cooking area can be extended to 60 x 30 cm. For shashlik a second set of skewers (6 pc.) is enough to fill out the whole cooking area with up to 12 skewers.
